How to Test a Touchscreen
Swipe your finger or stylus across the entire screen to test the response. Please note:
- Missed touches.
- Spontaneous activations.
- Uneven multi-touch activation.
What to Do If the Touch Screen Does Not Work?
- Restart the device — sometimes the problem is solved by a simple restart.
- Remove the protective film/glass - they can interfere with correct operation.
- Update the firmware — software errors can affect the touch screen.
- Calibrate the screen (if there is such a function).
- Contact the service — if the problem is hardware (broken display, damaged cable).
