    Connect LEGO DUPLO trains 10427, 10428, 10874, or 10875 via Bluetooth to test movement, speed, stopping, headlight colors, and built-in sounds in Chrome.

    How to connect a LEGO DUPLO train

    This browser controller works with the LEGO DUPLO Interactive Adventure Train 10427, Big Interactive Community Train 10428, Steam Train 10874, and Cargo Train 10875. You can drive the train directly from Chrome without installing the official app.

    1. Open this page in a compatible Chromium-based browser on a device with Bluetooth enabled.
    2. Turn on the train and place it close to your phone or computer.
    3. Press “Connect train” and select the LEGO train in the browser window.
    4. Confirm Bluetooth pairing if the browser asks for it, then wait for the connected status.

    Compatible trains and controls

    The controller supports the interactive models 10427 and 10428, plus the classic Steam Train 10874 and Cargo Train 10875.

    • Move forward or backward, select power from 0% to 100%, and apply a smooth brake.
    • Change the headlight color, blink the lights, or run a color cycle.
    • On interactive models 10427 and 10428, play the horn and starting sound. On classic models 10874 and 10875, play braking, station departure, water refill, horn, and steam sounds.
    • Use the buttons, keyboard arrows, voice volume, or supported voice commands.

    Browser and permission requirements

    Web Bluetooth requires a compatible Chromium-based browser, an enabled Bluetooth adapter, and your confirmation in the device picker. You can check Bluetooth support in your browser before connecting the train. Microphone permission is optional and is requested only when you enable one of the voice-control modes.

    If the train does not connect

    1. Move the train closer, switch it off and on, and open the device picker again.
    2. Disconnect the train from the official app or another device: only one active Bluetooth connection may be available.
    3. Reload the page and check the site’s Bluetooth permission if the previous connection was rejected.
    4. If the train connects but ignores commands, disconnect it here and pair it again.
